Testimonials |
I just wanted to thank you for the amazing service you offer. I ordered Brahmi, Siberian ginseng, 5htp and Mucuna pruriens... I have been taking all of them in small amounts a few times a week and the difference it has made to my state of being is huge. Each one serves me a different function and I have integrated them very successfully into my bio rhythms. Thanks for selling them in powder form. I have referred many people to your site and I wish you very well with your business of healing.
Siberian Ginseng: The Siberian ginseng is the only one I have been taking recently, doing some cherry picking work in Australia and it is INCREDIBLE for mental focus and energy, with seemingly no fatigue or any side effects... have done my research on all of these things and im very impressed by your range of supplements.
Mucuna pruriens: Mucuna pruriens can certainly make many of life's tasks seem more rewarding than my brain has been conditioned to perceive, including creative endurance; though I prefer to take it sparingly.

| Indian Valerian Powder (Indian Herbs) |
This product is a great natural alternative to harmful and addictive sleeping pills and it works just as, if not more effectively than anything avalible by prescription, I have found it gently promotes a deep and restful sleep without any morning grogginess or after effects. It also has promising effects as an anxiolytic, myself and others have noticed this on many occasions, my father had been suffering from heavy lack of sleep due to anxiety, having tried several different medications to relieve the anxiety and sleepless nights I offered some of the valerian powder which he took half an hour before bed he then slept soundly throughout the night, in the morning he told me it was the most restful nights sleep he's had in a very long time.I find that several small doses throughout the day produces a significant reduction of anxiety and one average (teaspoon) dose is enough for a great nights sleep. |
| Cat's Claw Powder (South American Herbs) |
| I have found this to be a very versatile herb, the most common use I find is that it's very good for soothing stomach upsets, I also find it's a great daily cleanser and general tonic for well being. I recently injured my ankle and remembering that this herb is said to have anti inflammatory effects i decided to use it to try for the swelling I took a teaspoon of the powder and simmered for 10 mins in a cup of water, shortly after drinking this I began to notice quite a rapid reduction of the swelling and by the evening my ankle was already looking much less puffy. Now, a week later and my ankle, although still rather stiff is much less painful to walk on, I get aches and pains often and recieve injuries like this quite regularly and normally this sort of injury would take me at least 2 weeks minimum to get better! I would highly recommend this herb to anyone suffering from muscle or ligament injuries or for any other of it's many useful applications. very beneficial herb! |

I thought I would let you know that we are taking 1/2 tsp of Reishi Sporophore Powder with our coffee and it actually is making our coffee taste even better! It tastes more like an espresso cafe coffee. Just thought you might like to know that it is a great way to take it, although probably not the healthiest way. :) Already I have found I get spurts of energy as well. |

Dong Quai / Chinese Angelica (Angelica sinensis) Root Extract |
Dong Quai is one of the most popular plants in Chinese medicine and is used primarily for health conditions in women. The root has been called “female ginseng,” based on its use for gynaecological disorders such as painful menstruation or pelvic pain, recovery from childbirth or illness, fatigue and low vitality and is considered the ultimate, all-purpose woman’s tonic herb. The Chinese are frequently using Dong Quai as a strengthening treatment for the heart, spleen, liver and kidneys. Both men and women use the herb as a general blood tonic, as a blood purifier and to promote blood circulation. Studies show that it can aid in regulating blood sugar and in lowering blood pressure. It is high in iron content and may help to prevent iron deficiency and anaemia. Dong Quai possesses the distinction of being one of the few good non-animal sources of Vitamin B12, which is essential for a healthy nervous system and vital for red blood cell formation. Vitamin B12 also promotes maintenance and growth of tissue and helps maintain nerve cells. Symptoms of a deficiency of this vitamin are poor coordination, frequent forgetfulness, and Depression.

Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) Root Extract |
Liquorice is probably the most widely used herb in Chinese medicine. Due to its ability to create balance and synergy it is added to many herbal formulas, both helping with flavour and through its ability to moderate or potentate the other herbs. Its main actions are related to its sweet taste and high content of natural sugars, and its content of hormonal compounds. The root is regarded to have strong immune-building properties, to reduce inflammation, soothe a sore throat, reduce allergy symptoms, balance blood sugar and to optimize hormone levels.
The Liquorice root extract powder is a very good additive to greatly improve dark homebrewed beer. |
